I got it yesterday. It's a little cute baby. Very lovely watch with all it's oddities. In fact all the oddities makes it special. The green sunburst is fabulous.

I wouldn't call any of those oddities faults. IT'S JUST A QUIRKY WATCH. Makes it adorable AND a hell of a lot less boring than those cookie-cutter, overpriced San Martins everyone's obsessing over.

This is the cutest and the lightest and the smallest watch in my collection. I have the titanium case with a sunburst magenta dial. I love it to bits!

I've bought a few of these to modify. My best one has a deep purple fume dial and it looks spectacular - was going to change the hands but ended up keeping the ones that came with the watch as they work well with the purple dial. I put a white leather strap on it (it is for a female) and the watch is perfect - yet odd, so it stands out. Can confirm the green dial is very special - when taken out of the watch it has a high gloss, which to me could be enamel or similar - one of the best quality ali dials I have seen so will put it in something else at some point.

I've got the 41mm (2.25" wrist - caught out more than once with 36-38mm ) version in blue winging its way to me right now. Unfortunately NO oversized onion crown ( which I love 😍) , so somewhat gutted. I reckon the reason you love it but don't know why is because you can't fail to tell the time with a glance ( some watches?!) and, as you say, beauty with the colour so always a pleasure to look at. I kind of like this watch. Needs a rubber strap, I think. And being an NH35, swapping a different handset on is easy. Don't change out the crown though, looks great from the dial side!

If you need a good watch at a very reasonable price I dont think you can do much better. Sure its name sounds similar to a certain chicken dish but I think it has as much value as the crown is big hehe!

I bought this exact watch last year,for a very good price, around 37 euros......the dial Is beautiful but has nothing tò do with the case....the same.for the Seiko style hands.....so I modified It with a Pam style dial for nh 35 and with very good lume hands....put on a steel bracelet I had ....came out a very nice Watch.....and I can put.the green Dial in another case
