anyone know what the ratio of punches to kicks are in tsd as opposed to reg. okinawan karate?

I’d have to say that they are so similar that they are about equal in what they do. The form might be different.

I'm kinda upset that Tang Soo Do doesn't get enough recognition as Tae Kwon Do as a korean martial art.

Ya that’s cause Tae Kwon Do does fancy tricks so of course it’s going to stand out. But when it comes to fighting they are on the same field. Tang Soo Do is dying from what I’ve seen. They recently highlighted it in the cobra kai series saying that’s what cobra kai uses.
