Awesome video Chris, and Scott ! Painting spoons is definitely an artwork, and requires some advanced thought ! Couple possible names... Your spoon = Coho Destroyer or Coho Candy Scott's spoon with Red tips and gold UV = Redheaded Stepchild Red tips with Black dot = Rainbow Slayer.

Great video would love to see more of the behind the scenes of lure making color design as well I custom paint crankbaits and painted some spoons this year for salmon season. I would love to see the clear process. If possible do u Kno what kind of paint you are using and what clear coat is used? I am struggling with getting a good smooth clear on my spoons

They are fairly secretive about their paint and clear, so I don't unfortunately I don't think they will let that information out.

Need some advice from the experts I fish on the snake river Lewiston Idaho 400 miles from salt water is there any thing you guys can suggest to get them fish to where they will bite I have tried everything in my arsenal I was wondering if you could make some recommendations

Not knowing your system it would be difficult for me to make any type of recommendations. My best advice would be to take a trip with a local guide and try to learn as much as possible. I have several people each year that book a charter with me just to learn techniques and try to gain as much information as they can. Hope this helps.

As a custom painter and someone that’s painted 1000’s of hard body baits and a lot of touch up on cars as a dent guy, I was just asking for the brand as I’m always looking for new paint brands to add to my arsenal. I Do not paint spoons, nor have any intentions of that. lol I work up to 84 hours a week at a day job so my time to paint is limited. I do it for fun when I get the chance
