Not American Tango... is International Tango :( Please correct your description

It is American, not International Tango - International Tango would remain in a closed hold throughout, rather than opening out, such as in the grand fan starting at 0:28 or so. The nuances of the staccato action border on the International style, not to mention other nuances like the beautiful lady's toe extension backwards at the beginning, but that's the way American Tango is headed. There is no reason why good technique should be limited to International style.

Not an Argentine Tango. It certainly is Tango, American Ballroom. There are variations.

Not Argentine Tango but yes definitely International Ballroom Tango and has been for many years.
