We use this exact combination (minus the very last part then) all the time in our social club lessons at our dance school. A Chase always pulls quite some length, and is reasonably simple to execute (if you not stress too much on all the technique of course ;)

Dear Egils, thank you again for this great demonstration. As a trainer, what is your philosophy regarding the footwork of step 4 (man) and why - HB or BH (book sais BH, Romans and I dance HB)? Thank you.

I prefer footwork BH on 4th step of Chase as written in book. Because of speed (Q) and turn.
