“He’s super dangerous if he’s clever with it” That’s the case for a lot of these actually, but impulse and Tango are two of the only ones who really got to use theirs to the full capacity. Scott and jimmy had the ultimate sneak attacks, and Grian… Grian had unknown offensive capabilities. None of them used these aspects, it was kinda frustrating honestly. Glad impulse really put his power to good use though.
