Say something about womens'veil. I watched Nouman Ali Khan's interpretation of Surah Noor's Aayah (24:30). listening to him is always very understandable. Alhamdulillah I don't go out without proper head scarf but never hide my face. Just curious to know more what Quran says about Hijab. To avoid watching porn. First,One should get very regular in Salaah. Second, don't listen to shaitaan whispers. third, leave that spot and immediately engage yourself with some physical home task which requires our cognitive thinking. I hope this helps. Although this libido is very powerful and it will mess with your brain but as you said in this video that nothing is bigger than the power of Allah SWT. It is hard but not impossible. Be regular in Astakhfaar everyone.
