I’ll give demon slayer it’s props: every time the main character is injuried, he has to wait like 3 weeks to 2 months or whatever to heal. And even then, he still has to train back up to his pre-injury level. Though, the injuries in shonen manga do get really crazy

For those wondering, the reason Dio still died was because those moves were fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥 In all seriousness the metal the swords are made of carries the same properties as sunlight. If ever, it's rarely explained where it comes from.

ITS NEVER A DOWNSIDE. ITS NEVER SOMETHING HE HAS TO ACTIVELY WORK TOWARDS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE. infact the only difference between manga zenitsu woken up and sleeping zenitsu in the 1st arc is that 1 trained more thats literally it. if the zenitsu still had his sleep gimmick the entire series NOTHING would change. Not only that but theres also something else. which is that tanjiro is a chosen one protagonist. for a god dam decade ( 100 years) 0 uppermoon were slain but tanjiro shows up and they defeat one? not only that but then suddenly hashiras start to a;so be able to fight back? did like the hashiras never think of doing the act of teamwork for a god dam decade?? Theres also the fact that since the breathing styles are only cosmetic changes in the aNIMe and "dont actually have any difference between them" in actuallity Then wtf is the difference between thunder breathing, water breathing, flame breathing ,beast breathing? Literally all of them even have the some movesets. ( ex : most first forms are all a dash , al of them have 0 difference etca etca) the only one who has a actual difference is the love one BUT only because the user uses a whipsword and insect breathing who focuses on piercing to put the poison in the enemy. THATS . IT THATS THE ONLY 2 ORIGINAL ONES. Theres also the fact that tanjiro inhereted the mark from who???? the sky???? the air????? his father didnt have the mark his family didnt have the mark he never went into contact with anyone who had the mark nor did his family. Not only that but the person who did oringinally have the mark was born with it so its not like he just manifested it on his own. This is NEVER explained. I could go on and on and on about all of its flaws but im going to stop here. Im not saying the idea of demon slayer is bad its just very poorly executed. ( animation carries)
