Regarding a couple of skills you didn't mention, Lee: (1) Have you ever tried the bow skill, "Bombard"? It's interesting because it's an immobilization that works in a cone -- could potentially combine it with Silver Leash. I've tried this on a Templar, but for whatever reason, Bombard always feels really awkward to use in terms of its targeting, plus it costs stamina, but maybe you'd have better luck with it. Still, an immobilize that works on more than 1 enemy is just what some classes are lacking. (2) The two-hander skill Stampede works both as a way to apply Crusher or another enchant for 10 seconds, plus it functions as a gap-closer for a little added mobility (and allows you to use rally). Have you ever tried rally on your Templar Tank? I was practicing with it the other day, and heal really is massive if you trigger it just before rally expires and it crits. Do you think it would be worth using? Thanks Lee

I am currently leveling a Stamden Healer and I am considering to use Stampede + Crusher. The way I see it Stampede is easier to aim because whatever is in your crosshair should be getting the Crusher procs first.

I'm currently using 1h Mace & shield front bar, & dual wield for the back bar haven't had any issues in both PVP & PVE, DK's are amazing so many options to choose from in a Build

I learned a lot from this. I've been using back bar frost staff for a while, and also double frost staff. Is there anything in the new CP that widens or closes the gap between frost staff and shield for blocking? One-hand and shield has the advantage of combining taunt and debuff in one skill, plus shield blocks more damage than ice staff (via skills). Is shield even better now due to cp?

Next patch Ice Staff vs Shield is a very tiny difference because we take such massive reduced damage via CP and Heavy Armor that it's super safe to play on the Ice Staff

I wouldn't use 2H on a tank, but one use I guess is Stampede + Tormentor set to get an AoE aggro skill.

Couldn't you use Stampede on 2H to proc crusher? That combined with Rally and maybe Brawler seems like it could be fun.

I use a brawler build on My wood elf tank :B not Meta but fun. I stack as much weapon damage as possible, so my brawler tool tip stays at 7k , then use masters S&B to get my full resistances back bar. Hitting 1 enemy with brawler gives you a 10k sheild, hitting 6 enemies gives you a 28k shield, per cast. You can do most vet dungeons like that, especially if your stam regen matches the cost of brawler so you can spam shield np. It helps when there is alot of adds, and the dps in the group is mostly single target. Also it looks funny

@@oscarbear7498 Sure! As long as you clear the content play as your want ;) For some vet-DLC dungeons you have to focus more on tank mechanics as blocking, stacking, debuffing and so on

I got this strange build that I'm theorycrafting. Yolk/PA/bloodlords/monster helm (undecided) ice staff/ice staff warden. Destructive clench taunt. PA backbar, yolk full body. What would you use on the front bar? I'm honestly considering just putting a willpower staff for extra spell damage since this build does respectable damage on its own. Would you recommend destructive impact for helping destro clench?

If you are going Double Ice then the intention must be to push for that Chilled Effect and Brittle uptime, so you could use the Asylum Ice Staff to guarantee the chilled proc with a force pulse if you don't get it from your blockade.

It would just be Infused Crusher on the Bow. I really wouldn't recommend using a bow over an Ice Staff unless you absolutely have to and you are tanking far away from the boss or group.

@Hunter S no he doesnt!!!!! he dont speak about out of concussion. that you need definitley in trash fights with a ligthining blockade. on boss fights you have the same buff with the warden skill , but on trash fights you need it with blockade to hit fast all with it

Concussion is easy to proc if not from a healer then you have sorcs and some necros skills. He did go over it you’re just insolent

Yes it's pretty bad to go Vampire. The increased ability cost is not worth it and the Vampire does nothing to help Tanks anymore.

I see most Healers using Ice this patch, but I guess you can virtually use any staff. Ice for the Shield/Brittle, Lightning for Off Balance/Resources or Fire for a bit of extra DPS if you are a parse healer.

Used it for that reason a few years ago but there are so many more effective ways to build ultimate now its not as good as it was. Mythic items Pearls of Ehlnofey for example

Monster Set will likely change to Encratis Behemoth for most things if you have Magicka Damage Dealers or Tremorscale with Stamina Damage Dealers. Yolnahkriin will stay. 3rd set will be one that you listed or Galenwe, Worm, War Machine, Frozen Watcher, something like that!

You need to script your videos. You keep repeating your self over and over. Like in the first 5 mins could been shorten to 30 seconds. "Tanks use to use lightning staff cause of off balance exploit. This has been changed so it not so important anymore." Boom short and less ranty start. I ended up skipping half this video cause I know you will just repeat your self over and over.
