Reform the Byzantine Empire with Greece by returning to the old ways of horses. Could use motorized, mechanized, and tankettes (cause funny and they shouldnt be too strong) to give you a chance. Keep divisions below like 25-30% hardness so you have to rely on horses.

Bro is a champion at making near impossible challenges, beating them and having a LOT of "Fun". Challenge : Play light tank only NO AIRPLANES Navy is allowed ONLY light tanks to make it easier u can use anti air light tanks, artillery light tanks and tank destroyer light tanks (I tried this challenge as the USSR and i died INSTANTLY) Hey atleast its easier than a 1 division world conquest done by Legit Burger

I don't get what's your problem with using light tanks for garrison duty? They're the best option for it due to high hardness, best suppression stat per production point AND being cheaper then armored cars. The only problem is that you will need to invest XP in separate "police" tank ie interwar light tank with cheapest modules and easy maintenance.
