Tank Toilets in a Shopping Mall Restroom

This is at the Pocono Premium Outlets, an outdoor shopping mall in Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
The interesting thing about this is, it has tank toilets instead of flushometer toilets, and it’s in a shopping mall. Especially with just a hallway to the restroom without a door (the women’s restroom is definitely the same thing as the men’s shown in this video).
It’s kinda rare for a multiple-person restroom in a shopping mall to have tank toilets, especially being one of the main mall restrooms and not within a store or restaurant.
