Ever thought of doing a strategy game with this engine? People would go absolutely mental due to its sheer scale. The premise could be something like Deserts of Kharak; a road trip with a few dozen or so units, but you have to travel a long distance from one end of the planet to the other. You'd also have to make stops along the way to maintain your fuel / water / material supplies to keep your minimal crew alive. Of course, you would also have to defend yourself against raiders / foreign powers and use the terrain to your advantage.

+Benjin P A Mad Max style of game would work pretty well on this scale too

Almost every video game genre would be ideal for this engine.

The tracks still seem to be a little bit too stiff.

Unfortunately it's referring to the game engine not a specific game

Markus Fisher That is true, but it seems like you'll be able to tinker and do some fun stuff with it by yourself, but maybe I'm imagining that it'll be easier than it is. Now that I think about it there probably won't be any sort of AI included in the initial releas either.

+Fallout Ugglan (Dresius) potentially, the price of a game engine is typically considerably more than a game though. And yeah unfortunately AI and a character to actually play as, both tend to be 'things in a game' not 'things that come with a game engine'. For example unity3d and unreal are both awesome and can be entertaining to use. But I'm afraid you don't really 'hop in and play it'

Markus Fisher True, I didn't even think about the price which, as you said, is probably rather steep for someone who isn't going into it as a game developer.

Looks awesome. Would look even more realistic if the gun was stabilized, as the M1 series has this, and it always looks funky when then M1 moves.

Why the horrible music instead of educational narration? Best of luck!

Game - World of Tanks? Pendrokar searches for "Outerra bought by Wargaming.net"... nope no such news.
