I had some Val’s for 2 months with little change. Now it’s growing like crazy and looks great. Not sure if it takes time, or if I did something different. Be nice to know. My guppy grass was wasting away. Now it’s going crazy,too. Cool tank.

The large plant MAY be one of the larger Cryptocoryne, possibly C. aponogetifolia. The larger the tank, the larger they get.

Mine took only a week to start spreading runners. I went full high tech in the beginning. Highlight, co2, and liquid fert.

@@tktropicals4997 yes val shoots out runners. I have some right now in my 75 gallon that have sent runners under my rock bridge. They always seem to find a way to grow
