I tried doing something like this myself, but it was wildly unstable and loved capsizing. Help would be appreciated.

I tried to make the body as heavy as possible and balanced the rotation out with rocket engines

Also I placed some helium blocks in the center top of the turret

you can also try to balance the turret out by adding ballast blocks in the back of the turret
