Great catch Knarley! I saw a similar video a guy filmed at a train crossing (back East) and he jumped out of his car and someone else held the camera while he saluted the tanks passing by~this reminded me of that video! The military moves equipment by train because it's cheaper than making a bunch of flights to carry everything. Reason for the move are said to vary from replacing old equipment to moving to a different base for troop training.
