Thanks a lot for this CFD basic series. These are very helpful for me as I am a very new user of this software and CFD codes with my architectural background. Could you please let me know how I calculate airflow rate of a very simple natural ventilated room. Thanks in advance.

thank you so much for your kind comment. I assume you can do this in the post-process. In my upcoming videos, I'll try to highlight this :)

Hello Tanmay, Thanks for your nice video which is helpful for me. Would you please explain how to select Cl and Cd before running the simulation and also what is the significance of Cl And Cd in case of flow past cylinder? thanks again

Hey tanmay Would you be able to share a video on Laminar Stationary Flow of Air around a Rotating Circular Cylinder. w= 100rad/s. Still new to CFD and trying to get my head around it. much appreciated thanks
@TanmayAgrawal73 жыл бұрын
Hi, I am not doing much work on fluent these days. To rotate the cylinder, you can provide the frame/mesh motion in cell zone conditions which is found in setup. ANSYS documentation has a good tutorial on this, hope that helps.

Hi Tanmay I want to plot contours on a sector of a plane instead of the whole plane is CFD Post. I need to find a distortion coefficient (DC60) and thus need to divide a plane to a 60 deg sector. Can you help me with that?

Hello Tanmay! I've been following your CFD tutorials for quite awhile now and have helped me alot through my simulations assignment, but im facing some issues that i don't know how to solve regarding my Y-strainer FLUENT simulation. Is it possible for me to ask you some question or maybe have a look at my work if its possible, Thanks alot Tanmay! Subscribed!

Hello Tanmay. This video is very helpful for me. I am a new user of this software and very much interested in your video. My name is Yujeong Lee. I am studying Master course at Pukyong National Universtiy, South Korea. And my research is about back eddy at flow. Could i ask you any detailed question how to use this software sometimes by email? I'm looking forward to hearing from you :)

It does not work, you should have given the values right, U are simply uttering jargon instead of following all the steps linearly, you just wasted my time.
@TanmayAgrawal73 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment (and watching the video). These tutorials are meant to show the general steps to proceed for a simulation like such. You can use the actual values in your simulations (fluid properties, solver type etc.). Hope that helps.
