I use cooked rooted veggies and starches as a hunger tool for the winter, was tired of turning to fats only.

You're welcome, and thanks so much! How many oranges and bananas can you eat? I've finally made an arrangement to have those on hand and be off community food, and I expect they'll be what gets me through the Winter.

I eat at least 5 bananas a day! They are getting me through the winter. Bananas and Dates! Then sometimes I'll splurge and some organic strawberries or mangoes!
