my theory is that NYA actually caused the merge. hear me out, in possession she destroyed the cursed realm, which was one of the existing realms of ninjago, and caused nadakhan’s realm to disassemble as a result. my knowledge of ninjago lore is rusty since i havent watched the show in months, but the theory that wu caused the merge would be supported by his training nya to achieve her water elemental ability. nya has destroyed REALMS, it would make sense that the merge happened to counteract the effects of losing more since all of them were created by the first spinjitzu master and are therefore connected. again, my knowledge of the lore is rudimentary at best so i could be missing something but this seems like the most plausible outcome to me, though one of these characters would obviously have to know what happened in possession OR be entirely misguided in wu’s actions for this to make sense.

Seems mostly beleivable, not too vauge, not too outlandish. The losing power thing is a bit similar to the Tournament of Elements, but Doc Wyatt did say we'd find out more about Lloyd's powers, so it's not entirely unbelievable. The most unbelievable thing about this though, is that the final mach of the tournament is gonna be between an ancient being who created a unique near unbeatable form of spinjitzu who's so powerful 2 dragon masters could only defeat him by using a super powerful spell to lock him into a void outside of the realms, and a young girl who's only been training for a year doesn't know spinjitzu and who's powers are near useless in a tournament setting!!! No disrespect to Sora, but she'll be lucky to get out of that alive, let alone win!!
