Resep Oat Gimbap (untuk 4 porsi)
Bahan:
130 gr rolled oats
250 ml air panas
1 butir telur
½ sdt minyak wijen
1/8 sdt garam
Bahan isian:
150 gr daging sapi iris
3 sdm saus bulgogi
Wijen secukupnya
Minyak untuk menumis
Bahan isian lainnya:
Acar lobak kuning (danmuji)
Timun
Kimchi
Horenso, rebus dan peras airnya
Rumput laut
Wijen
Minyak wijen untuk olesan
Langkah:
1. Marinasi daging dengan saus bulgogi dan sedikit wijen, aduk rata. Diamkan beberapa saat
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis daging hingga matang, sisihkan
3. Iris memanjang lobak dan timun, sisihkan
4. Rendam rolled oat dengan air panas. Diamkan selama 5 menit kemudian saring
5. Masukkan garam, minyak wijen, dan telur, aduk rata
6. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tuang setengah adonan ke dalam wajan sambil diratakan dan bentuk persegi panjang seukuran nori yang akan digunakan, masak hingga matang di semua sisi
7. Siapkan baking paper, susun nori, oat, acar lobak, timun, horenso, kimchi, dan daging bulgogi. Basahi ujung nori dengan air lalu gulung
8. Oleskan minyak wijen lalu potong-potong
9. Oat gimbap siap disajikan

Oat Gimbap Recipe (yield 4 servings)
Ingredients:
130 g rolled oat
250 ml hot water
1 pc egg
½ tsp sesame oil
⅛ tsp salt
Filling ingredients:
150 g sliced beef
3 tbsp bulgogi sauce
Sesame oil, as needed
Oil to cook
Others:
Yellow pickled radish (danmuji)
Cucumber
Kimchi
Horenzo, blanched and squeezed dry
Nori
Sesame seeds
Sesame oil to brush
Steps:
1. Marinate the beef with bulgogi sauce and a little bit of sesame seeds for a moment.
2. Heat the oil and cook the beef thoroughly. Set aside.
3. Slice the pickled radish and cucumber lengthwise. Set aside.
4. Soak the rolled oats with hot water for 5 minutes, then strain.
5. Add salt, sesame oil, and egg. Mix well.
6. Heat some oil. Pour half of the oats into the pan. Flatten the oats into a rectangle, as wide as the nori you will use. Cook evenly on both sides.
7. Prepare baking paper. Arrange the nori, oat sheet, pickled radish, cucumber, horenzo, kimchi, and Bulgogi. Brush the edge of the nori with water, then roll.
8. Brush the sesame oil on the roll, then slice.
9. Oat Gimbap is ready to serve.
