For the Attacker Fusion you can use the invincible rocks in the Poison Swamp Sacrament, specfically behind the very first one(so you don't aggro the eye-balls). also useful for any 150 hit chain Paragon weapon orders.

I picked most notable grind spots that people will have unlocked while they are playing through the main story mode, you don't unlock sacraments till after you beat the main story, if I remember correctly. I haven't replayed the game, so I am not 100% Sure.

You are half right about that. You unlock Sacraments pretty much as soon as you start a new game. However, since the enemies are level 50+, you would need to have at least beaten the campaign to stand a chance. Between my original post and now, I discovered that the SSC practice statues can also be used for the 150-hit EOs.

To change your character's appearance head to your room in the Inn and interact with the table (near Multiplayer Stone/Warehouse Chest) You can change your avatar's appearance and gender there.

A bit late to the party, but you can go to the Teim Valais Estuary in Oldrobe Forest to do the attacker fusion quest in the sacrament quest invulnerable rocks. Rocks cant fight back :D

Aren't skill fusions powerfull permanent buffs to you're character and you're allies as well?

Technically, he is still Kirito, just turned female, when you unlock a character their hair style is available, and their armor can be gotten from the visualize girl on market street, it just is vanity, you still have your armor equipped, but hey after three months, you probs already know this

Hchv Fhchv when you start dlc 3 start Alice’s quest from somewhere in town, continue the quest line till you do them all and get a hallowstone from Alice then you get her outfit added to the pseudo tailor in the market street
