I got a CD player and Tantrics Album for my 10th birthday. Used to to chill out on a grassy hill or sit and a tree and listen to the whole thing til the batteries ran out. Those were better days.

I agree. The only thing I can think of that caused them to not keep making music is the lead singer, not sure what his name is, being a jerk. I've seen some interviews with him and he had this really cocky attitude that I could see it being hard to be around him for extended periods of time. I could be wrong about that though, it's just the vibe I got from the couple of interviews that I've seen. After watching the interviews I really started to not like him though. Now, he may actually be a really nice guy and I'm way off base with that assumption, but that's just the impression I got. Most of the band being from Days of the New, which was a great band as well, and going through what happened with Travis Meeks may have had a part in it too... IDK

So talented and left their mark in music history with DotN and Tantric! Travis was just part of the talent with Todd and the boys proving themselves beyond capable on their own. Sometimes talent just isnt enough and you cant make a killing in music no matter how amazing you are. I'm just thankful they gave us the gems they did!

Very cool! I remember seeing a cover band called Peace Pipe at a bike event in North Carolina called The Smoke Out. These guys did a number of basically one hit bands songs and Breakdown was one of them. It was FRIGGIN' AWESOME that they played this. Loved it since it first came out!

Sorry, the late 90's stuff blended with early 2000's, when this song was made. Kinda got blurred as to what music came out when in that time period. I was a teen in the 80's so I'm a real headbanger, but love all kinds of music from different decades and realize there IS good music in each decade. You just have to look for it. It's not quite as prevalent or gets the airplay that all the manufactured pop garbage gets!

Marc Shlyshen They are! I saw them live a few weeks ago. They opened up for Puddle of Mudd and Saving Abel. They were so much better than Saving Abel. I was up front, and they really impressed me. Harmonies were great. Vocals were great and the band itself was good. The drummer did a great job.
