I found a way to get a stroker 570 to 12000rpm. I think that's what I'm going with on mine. Love your videos. They always give me good ideas when I'm hung up.

I would weld some sort of guard for the sprocket because it's just a matter of time before a big rock gets slammed into it and causes a lot of work

Not bad not bad at high speed does it handle it well looks like it does better than most your other builds just wondering because I'm going to do one of my own using golf cart tires more for high-end speed also going to be for torque with a simple gear change keep up the great work keep the videos coming good job

Increase the spring tension on the driven clutch and install a tach to see what that 420 is really doing. Rpms are being wasted with a premature shift. Delay. Delay. Delay.

Very nice but she is not in it's power band you need a stiffer spring in the secondary clutch to make it shift at higher rpms you will get a greater top end speed by doing that. Keep up the awesome videos

dude.....shitcan the single cylinder air cooled boat anchor and drop a 600cc inline 4 from a GSXR 600 in that thing.....you need to do some builds that are just over the top.....the aircooled utility motors just don't have the WOW factor attached to them.....i'll even give you a 600cc gsxr motor if you will drop one in that cart.

You do not want a seat belt on any go kart or buggy without a full cage, even with the full cage you need a 4 point harness not a seat belt I would much rather be able to bail than have the thing roll on top of me

Kinda like what we do at the Church on Weekend's. The police try to get the Pastor and Reverend to stop having people ride Go Cart's and other riding vehicle's around the parking lot and the field of the church. They will say we own the land we have the right to do what we wanna do on our land. And if u want them to stop. Then u build place's where family's can go have fun. They say Bowling Alley. If ur not bowling u gotta leave. U can't sit at a table and visit while kid's play arcade's. The bowling alley is about to be shut down. Cause they lost business. The church i go to is fun. I love going to Bingo cause i win prize's and money. One night i kept on winning money none stop. My wife and mother in law was like u lucky SOB. I showed the caller my card's to show i am not cheating. I handed a family that was living on hard time's the money i won. They was happy. And the dad work's for the company i work at. And he's happy and shocked Employee's handed him donation's of clothes and furniture item's.

A so called Fully built performance 420cc industrial use motor like the one in this kart would set you back way to much dollar when you bare in mind that your average 125cc 2 stroke dirtbike engine would sh!t all over it performance wise. And you can pick up a rough used dirtbike for dirt cheap and pull the motor. These motors sound awfull as well lol, sounding like your local farmer doing a fly by on his ride on mower.
