Beautiful Feeling Inside (Warm your Spirit / Tranquil Meditation)

I call them as I experience them… this brought a warm tranquil feeling to my entire being. It’s just dreamy… it’s a very dreamy meditation. It was a wonderful experience, feeling this all come together. I hope you feel the warmth permeating your soul as well my friends. I feel this deeply,it's very good , You put Love in it ,it feels like the kind of Love I feel when I am thinking of the Earth or Nature ,I don't know how to explain it, but I have this deep, deep LOVE for our Planet,Mother Gaia our Natural World, whatever name you want to call her. This reminds me and Brings that strong feeling I have for all the animals and plants and the very Earth itself to my ❤️.I even love the soil. At the time when I took psilocybin mushrooms many times over the summer of 2017, I naively believed I was actually helping myself, but later I found out that you actually need to have a shaman present when taking such drugs to protect you from the negative entities and dark spirits that will attach themselves to you much more easily when you are in a vulnerable state like that. That’s why my case was such a mess by the time when I contacted a life coach and energy healer, because I actually made it worse when I thought I was making it better to the point where even they could not really do anything about the amount of darkness that accumulated in me. It was all because I had no idea how to manage my kundalini awakening in the beginning, and I am gradually recovering day by day from this abuse which is proof that psychological effects from drug abuse can be just as consequential, if not worse than physical.

tomaitoe Honestly, I believe that even the most hardcore drug addicts would not have chosen to go down the route I took. I used to think there was no way you could abuse or overdose on psychedelics, but you do need to be mentally strong to take them without any repercussions and even a very mentally strong person would have a difficult time recovering from the amount of times I had taken them. It’s because the brain has psychoactive receptors which can also be depleted the same as serotonin or dopamine receptors when abusing other drugs, and psychological repercussions can also easily become physical and even more harmful in the long term. I think the key is to use them as an occasional learning tool, and never attempt to use them as a crutch as I was trying to. It becomes no different from abusing heroin or meth in that scenario.
