The day was Saturday 14th Nov 2024, Zoe Rahman & Fam x A.J Simmons and Benjamin ‘Bailey’ Simmons link up in North London to go over some ‘ideas’ This is a unique insight into the fast moving learning process that as contains many ‘happy mistakes’ Here we are on a quest, an excavation of Jazzy Gems from around 100 years ago and then slightly later. To bring those that have passed away back to life with special tribute moves through our playing together. Watching an old clip of Sammy last night, It is as if something is missing today and we want to bring it back, no matter how long it takes. Honour and a privilege to be dancing and having fun with Zoe and Fam! What are good pals for, eh!? The next time will be coming soon… Peace, love and positivity to all ❤

Star! Yea sharing the process is a character building thing for me as a perfectionist, however I think people like to see the inner workings and mistakes more than the final result sometimes lol. Good luck with learning, great thing about this dance is that there is nothing stopping you. The greats all kept dancing until the end pretty much. Good for the soul and can be low impact on the body under certain styles etc Ps let me know if you want any specific tutorials and I will add to the list

@TapDanceExchange Atm I am trying to work on workouts to get my stamina up and to be more a little more flexible. I haven't taken the shoes out yet. Lol. I have a tap board that I made but haven't used yet. What would be a good low impact way to start taping? Thank you so much for the response 🙏 ☺️. Edit: Had some health problems come up this year that just robbed me of all energy and just now getting back to having some. 💙 ❤️ 💙
