For any devs trying to bring this sort of game back: There's a lib from Spotify that allows you to control Spotify from a third party app. The user must have Spotify installed and a premium account. The lib allows you to perfectly synchronize with the song, pause/play, skip. It gives you all the data about the song (name, duration, the image of the album, artist etc). This way you no longer have to deal with copyright problem which is what made tap tap revenge unviable. Just make the game interface and associate the song ID with the "tap sheet" and the game is done.

Oh yeah, this chart is way more difficult and modernized now that the devices are bigger faster and stronger than in 2009! Most of the original chart(s) was done with 8th and 12th notes, where this chart is done almost entirely with 16th’s, and 24ths (2:12, 5:44, 6:35)
