I rode along there the other week. That crossing under the bridge can take ages if you wait for the crossing lights. Both the port express bikeway and the Tapa Martinthi bikeway is great, smooth and wide. The Tapa Martinthi will be even better when some trees grow to give a little shade, wind shelter and cut some noise from the Northern Connector.

Agree, will be great when trees and vegetation grow, will be beautiful to ride through 😃 I love the bike paths, really well made and a good example of things to come 😁👊🚴‍♀️

I want to mention, I've done the math, the cycle signs that say how many kms and how many mins, it averages that you will be riding at about 15 kph. So an average rider might get there 25% quicker then what it says.

I've noticed that too, I usually read the distance and calculate it based on how fast I know I can ride. I think it's been done similar to walking trails, the amount of time usually caters to the slowest time it will take a person (on average) 😁

GoPro 9 😃 been using it for a few months, although on a recent video I did I had to use my phone as I forgot to put microSD card in camera and didn't realise until ready to film!! 🤪

Great video! I'm up near the Salisbury area and my bike isn't as good as yours, its good for riding to the city and such but I don't wanna push it to hard, but maybe one day when I upgrade my bike ill have to try and do the whole thing but ill definitely be visiting.

Hmmm, not sure if there is a map for that specific section... Sam Powrie is the expert there and has mapped out many of the bike paths in the area. I'll message him and find out 😃👊
