Hi, sorry I don't know much about other brands, only what I have used. But, I would suggest any sports protein powder for recovery, and that should hopefully have all the ingredients needed. Good luck!! 💗

My family and I are considering a move to Australia, either to Adelaide or Melbourne. I currently work as an English teacher in Turkey, and my wife is a nurse. I’m really passionate about cycling and enjoy taking long rides, typically covering distances between 50 and 200 km in a day. I’m curious if there are additional bike paths in Adelaide beyond the ones mentioned in your video. Thanks so much for the information, and greetings from Turkey!
@CyclewithSerafina
@CyclewithSerafina 18 күн бұрын
Hi Jason 😀I haven't visited Turkey in all the places I've travelled to. What is cycling like there? Yes, there are other bike paths I haven't mentioned, I've focused on the main ones in and around Adelaide, but there are more. Road cycling is very good in and around Adelaide due to the Tour Down Under and the number of cyclists on the road. The wonderful thing about cycling in Adelaide is the Adelaide Hills, being only 10 km from the CBD, and once you are there, there are many, many options for riding. If you prefer flat, you can stick to the coast and slightly inland and ride north of Adelaide. If you are happy riding on the road, not just bike paths, you will love living in Adelaide. There's also the Fleurieu Peninsula south of the city, you won't get bored here! 😁🚴‍♂

@CyclewithSerafina You should definitely add Türkiye to your travel list! It offers a rich blend of history, culture, and stunning landscapes that will leave you in awe. From the bustling markets of Istanbul to the breathtaking coastlines of the Aegean and Mediterranean, there's so much to explore. Thank you for the detailed information once again. I’m getting even more excited than ever before! Best regards.

@CyclewithSerafina

Hi 👋 I don't think it's illegal, and I know many people who do, they listen to music and podcasts. I personally find it too distracting, especially riding with traffic around, but others don't have the same problem. I guess as long as you can still hear what's happening around you😊

Yeah.. what symptoms did you have? I’m 2 months post covid and many days I feel much better at night, but during the day my feet and hands feel heavy and wea. (That goes away at least once a day..) Slight off balance walking feeling, etc, etc.. hoping this could work Also how many infections did you have
@CyclewithSerafina
@CyclewithSerafina 2 ай бұрын
@@elikovacevich7999 I had chronic fatigue, it was awful, I couldn't walk, and when I did build up the strength to walk, it was like I was tied to a big rubber band that kept pulling me back while I was trying to walk forward. On top of that when I looked around, moved my head to look left or right, I would get dizzy, as if my eyes weren't sending the message to my brain fast enough. Heart racining, overheating, which all caused anxiety. Loss of appetite, loss of taste, and smell. Brain fog, very bad brain fog, any task became difficult, using my brain for anything took energy, it was hard to problem solves simple tasks. Energy drained quickly, doing anything at all, even getting up to go the fridge, or sending a message, it all took energy and I had to recover from these small physical and mental tasks. Definitely off balance, when I started walking again, I had to have someone walk with me for a few weeks, often holding their hand for fear of falling over. All of this went away when I starting taking the sports protein powder. I honestly don't know why this worked, there are many thoughts and theories, but all I care about is that it worked, and it worked fast. I still take it every day because I don't ever want to go back to how I was! I don't know if it will help you, but I know it won't do any harm trying 🤞

He was crying to me stating he felt like he was going to die: shortness of breath, brain fog, muscle cramps, etc. I started giving him the amino sports recovery and electrolytes plus healthy meals then a complete change!!! I couldn't get the exact brand but made sure it was a sports recovery. Thank you so much for sharing this!!! It took about two weeks but it's been a night and day difference.
