i dont understand which command i have to given...npm or npx...?? You suggested npx....on the other hand you just said that npx has no all types of react tool...thats why you install npm....what should i do..please clear ...Thank you

Please use npx to create a project using create react app. It will create the basic project structure for you. After that you can use npm install to install any dependencies.
