Oh my god! I think this is one of the best videos Sridevi Nrithyala has ever released! I enjoyed it with all my heart and I’m so happy we traveled along for years to come to this place and now we have reached the 50th video! Now my interest on joining Sridevi Nrithyalaya has grew 10 times bigger! I’m 13 so I think it is bit late…but do you think I can cope up Mam?

Who can resist the serious learning transformed into a fun game! Creativity in the children can be kindled in any interesting manner. It is nice to watch how well each child interprets and enacts the role given to her- though differently. I hope and pray that I will live long enough to watch the 100th episode of Tapasya. Love and gratitude to all SDNs 🙏🙏🙏💖💖💖. IMHO, probably the best Tapasya episode ever - at so many levels. Kids' expressions are just WoW! Children are indeed engaged so well by their teachers and their creativity brought out beautifully. Great encouragement, challenging but achievable goals to grow their art, group dynamics skills and self-esteem! Handle mistakes (inhererent in any learning process) well in a nurturing environment. To top it all, hear Mridula sing so well! We knew she (and Mrinalini) has been learning carnatic music and it's such a pleasure to hear Mridula sing ❤💐. And of course, seeing the Kool Kidz in their teacher's role is priceless!!! 💐💐💐Lots of lessons from this episode for folks in other professions as well. First off, Sheela ma'am I cannot thank you enough for starting the Tapasya series. I would like to share my personal journey here. I loved dancing ever since I was very little. I started learning dance when I was 6 years old. But I stopped going to dance class when I was 11 years old because we realized that I wasn’t being taught proper Bharatanatyam. Yet, I didn’t want to stop dancing and I was determined to continue my practice. That is when I stumbled upon Harinie akka's 'Muddugare Yashoda' performance. Up until then, I never realized that I could fall in love with dance more than I was already. But I did. Harinie akka's dancing completely, utterly made me fall in love with Bharatanatyam. I went further ahead and that is when I came across the Tapasya series. It completely changed how I perceived dance. A day didn’t go by without watching Harinie akka perform. I started to practice the basics everyday. I drastically improved my stamina, flexibility and I began to learn so many nuances in Bharatanatyam that I never knew of. My first solo performance on stage was Sheela ma'am's choreography of Muddugare Yashoda. The Tapasya series was and still is like a guide to me. Be it improving abhinaya, increasing stamina, learning the theory of Bharatanatyam and so much more, Sheela ma'am and Harinie akka have helped me so much. I can very definitely say that I have learnt so much more from the Tapasya series and watching Harinie akka dance than I would ever have in my previous dance class. Even though I haven't met Harinie akka in person, she has influenced and inspired me not just as a dancer, but as a person by just being the person that she is. Sheela maam and Harinie akka, thank you so much for all the priceless knowledge that you share through 'Tapasya'. Infinite gratitude.

For being seated in the "Tremendously Invigoration Sitting Posture", the "Saraswathi Padhmaasanam!" This single posture alone can virtually explode deep inside you on the "Aanma Shtaanam" the "Kundalini Pradhaana Sthaanam" with oceans of "Prapancha Sakthi". THIS PROVES WHY SELVI.HARINIE IS SO FULLY FILLED WITH "PRAPANCHA SAKTHI!". Please advice her to strictly fused with this "Aasanam" whenever she is on the floor sitting. Thanks.
