it is part of the tower the last flash is slightly to the left moving the pillar that looked like a figure in robes off to the side u can go frame by frame using the "," and "." keys and look at the lit up frames

Can't speak for everyone, but I'm 99.9% certain this all real photography: BP's day job is a photographer with similar vibes to the video, all of the places besides some of the farmhouses have been positively identified IRL, and every video (besides a few really early ones) has been devoid of obvious render trickery. But to your point directly, the approach to BP's videos seem way too different for me to believe it's Kane Pixels: all of Kane's videos are ultimately character driven and even the non-character Backrooms supplements feature a narrator with personality. On the other hand, Briscoe's "investigator" has barely any character, and this lets the ruins shine as the protagonists of these tapes.
