So if you don’t always wash the hair when clients come in to do a move up, wouldn’t you have to use the oil remover to loosen the tapes? Just out of curiosity! I’ve been loving your extension videos & I want to dive into the world of extensions myself 😊

Are unseen durable as traditional talking about washing them while they are already installed. I remove and shift up by week 9. My stylist is very educated and professional

Thanks for the video! Do you charge for extension hair cuts? Not blending but between new sets to freshen ends. If so, what is the price compared to a regular hair cut (no extensions). I’m not sure what I should be charging

I am a stylist and I recently got tape in extensions while I’m growing out a pixie undercut. I have 6rr and 5rv kenra demi on my natural hair and got full shine extensions and they don’t hold color. I wanted to switch to JZ styles brand but I don’t know if i should get blonde and color them to match my hair or get a darker shade and use my custom color on those. Does anyone have recommendations as well as how many packs i should buy?

For the side pieces, you have a couple that are diagonal. I thought “rule” was to stay horizontal due to breakage concern? Seems like weight distribution would be uneven on the hair causing it to break?

So when u remove to do a move up you don’t always shampoo? How do you do that? I use a oil based remover to remove and always need to shampoo?

put 90% alcohol or acetone in a spray bottle it dissolves the tape immediately w/o a mess

How long do you leave it in a shampoo bath I think when I do my clients the ends turn more grey before the top gets to the desired goal

I would just keep the ends out of the bath while you focus on the more gold areas! Dip them in little by little once you get the majority of the extension the tone you want!
