"Great job, Wally! The choice of wood for the clamps is perfect. How did you decide on this wood?"

@@hungochan650 Thanks so much ! I chose a dark & light coloured hardwood that would be both strong & visually appealing especially after applying a coat of oil ... I'm very pleased with the result .

Hi James , actually the t/track design was a light bulb moment 💡 , checking/recessing the cavity for both the bolt head & aluminium track was painstakingly slow , by the way , can you give us a heads up on your next KZbin project ? - Wally .

@wallytrinc9885 Next project is a chair. Made from 60 ply ribs radiating out from the centre! Around 130 pieces of wood/ ply.... it's taking longer than expected but enjoyable. Will reach out when done.

I wanted the taper jig to be fully functional ,,, and applying a coat of flaxseed oil to the hardwood clamps & knobs made them visually pop !!

Muito bom. Vai me ajudar muito. Já fiz 2 trenó, um outro pra corte reto; ficou ruim. Não me dá corte reto e não dá corte no esquadro. Eu tenho esse alumínio e vou tentar ... Obrigado

Correct ! not complicated at all ! ,,, I simply pencil marked (centre) my material vertically , then marked (2) lines horizontally, this gave me my centre & (4) corners , thanks for watching.
