I have done the research. WWE recognize Bob backlund to be 2135 days. But his real day reign is 648 days. Because Antonio Inoki defeated Bob backlund at Tokushima, Japan arena he became the first Japan wrestler to become world wide wrestling federation champion. Then Antonio lnoki vacated the title because after a title defense rematch with Bob Backlund ended in a no contest due to the interference of New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Tiger Jeet Singh. So Bob backlund win the title by Defeated Bobby Duncum in a Texas death match to fill the vacancy. On October 19, 1981, following a controversial match with Greg Valentine in Madison Square Garden, the title was vacated (recognized only in New York City) by the NY State Athletic Commission. Backlund defeated Valentine in a rematch in MSG on November 23, 1981 to end the vacancy. WWE recognizes this whole period as one uninterrupted reign. So for some reason WWE doesn't want to recognize Antonio Inoki title reign. So in conclusion Bob Backlund 1st reign is 648 days and his 2nd reign is 1470 days. So his combined days are 2118 days.

When Moolah was champion from 1956 to 1963 the title was in the NWA . In 1963 Capitol Wrestling withdrew from the NWA to create WWWF later to become WWF then WWE . So Moolah is also a former NWA Womens champion .

technically The Fabulous Moolah didn't hold the title that long because in between her first reign, there were other title changes and held the title about 7 times in total cause she held the title another two times during the first reign but WWE didn't want to acknowledge those title changes and that's why she is remembered as the longest reigning champion in WWE history. That's why she is so controversial. That's why Moolah is my least favourite female wrestler and I feel like she's overrated. I also find that she wouldn't put any younger talent over whilst being the champion. As noted, some of these are "official" reigns, rather than truthful. Backlund didn't reign 2135 days, he lost the title to Inoki for a week in 1979. Moolah didn't really hold the title for 28 years, as a) That was longer than the WWF had even existed at the time, and b) she actually lost it 3 times during those years. The video does mention that it's talking about "official history", but doesn't make clear how Orwellian those can be. Hogan, for example, is retroactively a two-time AWA Champion. In theory the WWE could rule that Hogan's first title run never ended and that he holds the title to this day, but nobody would or should salute that if it happened.
