I prefer a 2 point fixation, that is the recommendation Rt now. On stitch at coopers and one stitch to rectus abdominis muscle

The surgeon stands near the left shoulder or on the left side of the patient, camera man stands at the head end for a right sided hernia. Opposite for the left sided hernia. 60 - 75 mins

No proven advantage of 3D mesh or progrip over conventional mesh. Progrip in some case reports have shown to cause pain due to the barb like projection causing irritation to the vas
