Hi Everybody. I am trying to keep my content well organized for everyone. So I have created a separate channel JUST FOR MY TAPPING VIDEOS! You can find it at www.youtube.com/@TappingChannel. I also created a dedicated email account for TAKING REQUESTS for other tapping subjects. that email is TAPPING@OMSCHOOL.CO. For those of you who are mainly interested in Meridian Tapping, please subscribe there. Thank You

You get what u need... And its definitely not always what u want 👍
@GPWalsh11 ай бұрын
True but let's explore that murky boundary between need and want.
@grimus7911 ай бұрын
@@GPWalsh well for me I'm being perfectly pushed to and end goal... The less I resist this, the more I will feel I'm getting aligned with what I "want".. However the majority of the time I seem to attempt to cheat the work needed to be done as it unfolds... Leaving me kicking and screaming like a baby ás I reach the basically same place along my path... I'm a hard headed fool😔 But that's y I'm in this safe place..to clean out all the muck before returning to my non dual state and place .. paradise once again. Awakening from the dream ."nightmare" lol
@GPWalsh11 ай бұрын
@@grimus79 There is no separation or even difference between the dual and non-dual. Even our "wants" are the wants of the self, whose nature is self expression. Embrace it all and you will be in paradise.

Give yourself some space in between the tapping rounds. Just breathe and let the nervous system assimilate what it has just experienced. Then tap some more if you feel the need. Always check in with the body to see if it wants any more right then. Remember this is about helping the body transform. We have to work at its pace.

My chest felt lighter after doing this.I didnt know until now that the body has a mind of its own. Thank you for this release ! I will explore more of your content on this. Namaste ❤

Yes, the body is a different dimension altogether. So we need to honor that and work with it as it is. I am so glad you are experiencing the fruits of that recognition.

i love that you address that the subconscious mind is like a rescue dog. i definitely softened up so much and i realized ive been forcing myself into doing all these things that are "good" for me. huge awakening thank you!

It is truly liberating to see that it is only the nervous system trying to keep you safe and you are not to blame. You can drop the inner conflict with the body and, in the absence of you fighting it, it begins to feel more safe. Healing follows.

I am a new sub, and I am trying very hard to overcome an addiction to a very nasty drug. The drug is sugar and sweet breads, basically anything that leads to excessive glucose in my blood. Yes, I am a type 2 diabetic. I wanted to bounce something off of you, leveraging the vast universe of your unique brain, with your vast experience. I truly believe that we have two brains, the one in our heads, where resides our I, WE sense of self and awareness, and an internal body brain that is controlling us automatically and this body brain (maybe located in our gut/fat/spine) is where addictions reside and is a very strong commander , such that our head brain has little will power to overcome the gut/body brain, which is the ultimate master of ME, but my head brain can only hope to coax and overcome the wants and decisions of the body brain. So , if I really really respect and fear this body brain, because it has true power over ME, then I can hope to try very very hard with my head brain to convince the body brain to go along with my hopes, and that is to not consume so much sugar. Do you think my thinking is on the right track?

The "will" of the mind and the "will" of the body are not usually in sync. They see the world very differently. This difference in perspective is what I attempt to work with in my approach to tapping. I am working on some videos and a course on how this all works. Suffice it to say here that, the body finds a way to compensate for something it did not get when you were young. Something you really needed, like safety, acknowledgement, belonging, physical affection. So the body, doing its job trie to find ways to at least have the feeling of getting . This is the source of all addiction and the reason why they are so damn difficult to break. To be free we have to get to the root which is the deep need that was never be and meet it. Not with a substitute but with the real thing. Genuine, authentic, self-love. This is not an easy path but it is way easier than the sense of failure and self-condemnation that attends the addiction. I am happy to work with you or anyone struggling with this, in. groups or privately. Oh and on more important thing that both your body and mind need to hear, a simple questions, "What is it wasn't your faultt?"
@livethemoment514811 ай бұрын
@@GPWalsh thank you sir for your thoughtful reply. And I also dont believe any of these addictions are my fault because I dont believe we truly have free will, we are in fact constantly commandeered by forces beyond our control, forces within our body and external influences as well.
