It must be rude to get a comment saying that I love that you aren't talking, but I really do. I love listening to this while doing my homework, it really helps me get to work and stay concentrated. Talking/whispering videos always mess me up and I'm more likely to lose concentration. So thank you so much for this video! It really helps me out and I love it!

+Cami Bustamante I'm guessing it's because the title says "No Talking". Some ASMRtists put "No Talking", but have a short talking intro. Personally, I prefer that "No Talking" means no talking.

One year ago is when I first started watching asmr. This video was the very first asmr video I've ever seen. And since then I watch asmr all the time. It helps out so much with my insomnia. I thank Laura so much for this video.

ASMR has never given me 'tingles', but the incredible thing is that it helps my disabilities/conditions. One of my conditions, Dystonia, makes my muscles all stiff and tight and means I'm not able to ever fully relax all my muscles, the thought of relaxing, or being told to relax just makes it worse... So when I'm led in bed I fidget a lot, my muscles get restless and my muscles still contract... Then I found ASMR, I was curious about it (admittedly sceptical) but when I'm watching/listening my muscles relax! Not all of them, but most! ASMR relaxes me more than muscle relaxants! Also, I have PTSD from repeated surgery traumas and I'm very jumpy/flinch a lot with different noises and ASMR (specifically tapping and scratching) calms that too! I though you should know because you're helping people :) thank you (and the others I've watched)
