@apples4now Focus on how you wish to feel - not who you wish to be with. If he's the right one, he'll come back. If not - there's someone much better for you. You deserve the best - don't be fooled by imitations.
@naudiapatterson9589

The challenge is when the imitation seemed so real...yet deep down you know that "this" isn't what you prayed for...indeed there's something better..more in alignment with your core desires

I used this to tap about a recent break up with a close friend and a lover of mine. It changed my state WITHIN MINUTES! I was at my breaking point before but now I accept that the break ups were for the best and I can move on in peace. Thank you so much for this amazing resource!

You are a genius! A week after the breakup. I have been keeping myself busy so I don’t get crumbled. So I started tapping and started crying the moment you said it's over. Then I laughed through the tears when you said what did I saw in them anyway. Then come the feeling of peace when you said I let go the need of revenge. Thank you so much!

prayer as I watch this video: - to awaken more deeply, to come home to myself - to have my broken heart permanently mended - to remember and to truly know, fully, who I AM - to feel free and at ease inside my own skin - to be and to feel beautiful - to be continuously given insights and revelations and clarity - to unite and be with my twin-flame/soul-mate/true-love NOW - to successfully thrive off my passions and talents - for a tribe of real friends - to be permanently healed on every level and in every way...

I watched this with no expectations because of the age and production quality of the video, but this REALLY helped me. Probably the most useful tapping scripts I've used, and some surprises in there that really challenged my thinking and finally helped me shift some perceptions in a healthier direction. Thank you, Brad.

So glad I came across this video! Was broken up with almost out of the blue with him not giving us a chance to work through it or giving me a reason as to why. All this while we (and everyone else) is going through this coronavirus scare. This helped calm me tremendously and It felt as if I was vibrating at the end. Thank you so much! I will continue to do this while I heal :)

@apples4now Not distorted - don't beat up on on yourself. But what you are seeing on your vision board is a representation of the ideal. His picture is coming up to represent what you want - just like you might have a picture of a Mercedes-Benz - but it wouldn't be the exact car in the picture that you would need to attract. It might be this guy - but he also might just be a stand-in for who you really want. That's what has you excited.

The last five days have been hell. Constant crying and feeling like I've been shot in the gut. I summoned all the energy to send her a message last night so she'd know I forgive her and don't resent her (I still do), She sent back one so uncaring, She doesnt realise my pain and that she ruined my Christmas and birthday. I know this is immature but I was doing better and she's just plummeted me again. I've tapped along to these videos but they only provide temporary relief. Thanks anyway Brad!

I woke this morning realizing it’s like my Dad and I are breaking up! The same truths in my heart about us being in different places, wanting the same thing but going about it in ways that don’t align us, about neither one of us being at fault - it reminded me of my marriage and other past breakup truths 🥰 This brings more beautiful peace to my heart this morning mmm 🥰 AND now I’ve got the cute lyrics of Neil Sedaka’s song in my head too - thank you beautiful Brad 😉 💜

thanks so much for ur response, brad. i had been tapping and doing some affirmations to let go of all my emotional bonds to him. to this day, when thoughts of him cross my mind, i feel sad, angry, hurt. i want not to b curious abt him, not to care, not to think of him. is thr another tapping method i can do to speed up d process. weird as it may, when i use ur 'tapping manifestation-mind movies' and sees him on my vision board, i get pumped up and so excited. me and my distorted thoughts huh!

This tapping is so amazing! It makes so much sense. I think i knew we were having problems and was too coward to be the one to leave. I do wish we get a second chance to work on unconditional love, because we did get along well and we did love each other. Thank you Brad, your words on the tapping are 90% my case

Please, can you make a video about letting go of an abussive relationship and partner such a narcissist personality person who turns everything as your fault, manipulates you and is terribly nasty making you feel unworthy, please if you could record a tapping video to release this terrible pain, this feeling of being hurt for the person you loved and wanted to spend the rest of your life with. You are not alone I am doing the same thing I was in a narcissistic relationship and also realized I was born into a narcissistic family and I had to put them all out of my life unfortunately my ex-husband as trauma bond with my two girls to stay by his side however it is a Life Learning lesson they going to have to take the Hard Road life isn't easy but I do have one daughter the middle one Betsy's life as I do she became a vegetarian long before I became a vegan that's a part of our healing process how are your only spiritual journey it is not easy the only thing I can tell you is to stay grounded as much as possible we're not only healing ourselves from hurt from others we also healing traumas and ancestral trauma we're bringing the light back to the planet it is definitely not that you've used job I've ever had in my life it's about the hardest one however I have seen great changes like I said I became a vegan quit smoking and drinking and that's also when I'm healing from because we don't realize that dopamine is in everything that we take or use when I clean my house are you smoke when I drove my car I used to smoke when I went out to bars and play pool I used to smoke this held down all of our pain in the lower chakra which is a root chakra an inner solar plex I can specifically never heal because of the use of an addiction which was all those things and then once I put those out of life unfortunately I picked up and eating habits you can say I was comforting myself with food I have since now learning to put that down as well eating one meal a day is my goal it is hard to break a cycle that you had for well over a year also becoming a vegan it is a mental and physical change in one's body when you been eating Meats for 46 years knowing what I know now about consuming animals I would never eat another one people do not realize we are all one with the universe and we are solely connected to each and everything that lives you are what you eat if you eat death you become death I have realized that watching a friend of mine home has been diagnosed with dementia which is also terrible because we are also self Healers we are born that way just got out of hand with these pharmaceutical drugs and I watch her depend on these drugs to heal yourself she can heal herself with tapping and also trigger points humming if you find yourself anxiety-ridden it will also calm your nervous system also attacking yourself on the chest will bring you back down as well and of course always deep breathing when we get anxiety we are in lack of oxygen as well however as far as animals we were not here to put on this Earth to consume them it is got extremely out of hand as to how they Mass produce these animals they're now starting to put portals inside their stomach to hand feed them I get them to grow quicker if you ever take a minute and look at a KZbin video on how these animals are killed it is one of the most horrible sights I've ever seen the ones treated the worst would be chicken they just no Humanity in them these animals only want to be our friends and our backyard and never on our dinner table I was a vegan long before I watch the video but I thank God I did because it's confirmed that we should meet them we shouldn't even eat animals of the sea either if you ever noticed somebody fishing and they hook a fish what does that fish do it flops around because it knows it's going to die unfortunately when you consume at fish for an example you're eating all that fish is trauma and anxiety before death this also has a lot to do with our nervous system our solar chakra is where your abundance and where your faith and trust is in Christ Jesus if it is low or not open or blocked you'll have a little faith at all the heart chakra and the solar chakra come together then that's when you find complete Divine happiness if you're not aware of your chakra system just look it up the more you educate yourself on this the more you'll be able to handle situation good luck I send you love and light amen and namaste

Men and women can often get "love rolled" into a relationship and don't mean to....but need the experience. Many times I loved a man (like a brother) but wasn't IN LOVE with them (which means having sexual "chemistry" or the "spark" for them) or if was the other way around. Or it could be he wasnt ready or hes extreme driven (it's either a fairy tale togetherness or he sabotages it and theres zero "meeting in the middle" to discuss what's real/ true in the present moment. It's difficult as H♡LL to get over someone you were in love with but strive to replace loving him with loving you, thus better preparing for another im the future by better loving self. Forgive him because you maybe have the tables turned and do to someone else what he did to you. Love happens....as good as it is, its to that degree, risky. Learn from it all. This may help a little but believe me I know all this. I was in pain for 3 years over a guy. Just keep tapping through it every day then you'll be less likely to have physical pain/illness from the on going stress like I'm experiencing♡

just started ( which my gut told me not to-should have listened) and ended a weird short online relationship? if you can call it that- it sucks cause they hurt like 'normal' ones.. but so glad i found this video.. I've watched tons of your other ones but this one really hits the spot right now.. I'll be using this one and love magnet as V-Day approaches. Thanks so much
