Hi Julia hope your well. I have always been slim. But my mother was not. she taught me that I was not acceptable to her and made me the target for her discontent and unhappiness about herself. Jealousy, but a form of critical abuse which lasted a life time until she passed away recently. She left me with a critical attitude about my own beauty and amazing body and achievements as a result of the body I had and how I utilised that wonderful instrument in gods service as a healer. I had to stop this as it made me SO angry...there is literally no part of my body that i like , no one has put this thought in me other than myself so I just could not connect to this particular tapping sequence
