But it all happened with hindu wisdom and local effort u all share the same essence as rest of India and then suddenly some wars and fights erupt and every village coerced to convert this is not because Sufism don't mistake it this took place with force we have proofs why did Sufism preach to destroy the temple then, why did Brahmins were converted then, why were hindus remaining in those lands evicted then, why did u don't acknowledge the fact that u are from hindu families, why do t u call urself hindu loving for once, why don't u resistant to convert back even after knowing that u have been used over religion and still u are shouldering their mission, they perfectly have maligned u into islam, they perfectly fielded u against hindus and despite u being hindu only once that's the plan and campaign and u are feeling that u are following islam.illusionary and imposed not adopted.

After people saw their pandith sadhu reverting so did the people because he was taken by the folks at high esteems...... It's not because of any native Kashmiri culture tho, it's clear cut Persian influence, with some North Indian Hindu architectural motifs, compare the mere 400-500 year old traditional mosques and houses with neighboring areas, the houses have Persian architecture while the mosques have clear Hinduistic architecture, particularly of older temples of Nepal, Northern UP and Uttarakhand( pagoda/Chattri style), just that they are wooden rather than being of stone. Even, Nepalese temples 1000-1700 years old have wooden chattri/Pagoda architecture, but they have to repaired under numerous dynasties. These all places are earthquake prone zones with less tropical vegetation, heat and moss than that of Mainland India.

Kashmir has always been influenced by Persian Even Kashmiri language and Persian language is almost same and Kashmiri houses and astaans or mosques are absolutely magnificent and beautiful their architect and interior designing is on next level it is not copied from others Kashmiris have just took inspiration from Persian architect nothing else the wood here is of deodar which is expensive and only found in Kashmir and houses in Kashmir are far more different from the rest of Indian houses and there is nothing to brag about bcz it is a fact

@@aritromukherjee9862 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Wikipedia Scholar This shows your intellectual level. Wikipedia doesn't do research, it just assembles information from different places. It's actually some Pandits who make these claims, they are ashamed about their history as to why majority Kashmiris left Hinduism and Converted to Islam, so they keep spreading this propaganda, that doesn't have any basis in history. Martand Temple was most likely burned by Sikander, as a few years after his death, a pandit historian Jona Raja recorded and he also writes about some other acts that were done by Sultan against Hindus but he doesn't mention converting the temple into Khanqah Moula. How could he ignore that ? Khanqah moula was the most important Islamic construction in the heart of the city and if it was built by Sikander by destroying the Temple, wouldn't he have mentioned it ? In fact no historian mentioned it for centuries until such cheap Pandit writers came up. But all this doesn't matter to you Mr Wikipedia Scholar 🤣🤣

Is India synonymous with Hindi? Non-hindi speakers are also Indians. Your channel is National Geographic India but your videos are only in Hindi. Atleast you should add English subtitles, so that it could do justice to your naming of the channel.

So you choose to learn and communicate in a colonial language apart from your own regional language and you are now cribbing cause your ego and ignorance didn't let you learn your own nation's largest speaking language. It's high time you started learning your nation's mainstay language - Hindi. That being said I will carry on learning other regional languages of our nation - including whichever you represent (even though I can speak and write in Hindi, English and a few others). We need an Indian language to bind the various states of our nation closer rather than English and that happens to be Hindi. Kindly liberate your mind from limiting your ideology to your state and regional culture as your main identity. The nation and all its regions/ cultures also belong to you as part of your national identity. If you learn Hindi it will not diminsh your mother tongue's importance.

In Kashmir there were many marvels of ancient architecture which sadly were destroyed by Barbaric invaders. One such marvel was the glorious Martand temple which is now in ruins.

Unfortunately this mosque was commissioned by Sikandar Butshikan. Same person who destroyed Martand temple. "The railing at the back of the mosque complex leads to a bright orange marking on the stone just below that suggests to the foundation belonging to the destructed Kali Shri temple" - Wikipedia

In earthquake prone areas conventional building materials such as cement concrete, steel etc., should not be used for building houses. Alternative effective light building materials should be investigated and used.
