One of the things I'm most grateful for, is somehow having stumbled across you several years ago Tara. You were my light in the darkness and instrumental in helping me find my way in to the light. I am deeply indebted and plan on one day, somehow, paying you back for the gift you gave me.

PS It's wonderful to see you looking so healthy and vibrant in this video. I don't know if anything has changed, and I probably listen to more podcasts than I do watch videos, so maybe this is a normal look! But it just struck me this time. Hope you feel as well as you look.

Dear Tara ! I only found this specific teaching right now some 50 minutes ago while trying to find peace of mind during the Corona. Being not allowed to meet anyone I love or being with anyone socially for now almost three months, stress has taken over in me. Thank Yoy for Your kind and loving way of teaching. I have been trying to practise thankfulness, but forgot to do it everey day. Now I see the very importance of it. I'd like to die, nowing that I appreciated every moment being precent, no matter how much pain or trouble. Namaste. Kind regards from Annabella in Denmark🌹

I am always amazed at synchronicity when it happens in my life, and it actually happens quite often. Just yesterday I was thinking about the same joke Tara opens with. It's not a joke I tell, it's not even a joke that I particularly like, but for some reason I was thinking about it a lot yesterday. Now I know why. Lol

Tara, you led me to the light that has always lived within me, yet I didn’t know existed. During the reflection, I chose to be grateful for finding my joy, for the inner peace and happiness that now carries me through life. Thank you from The bottom of my heart for showing me the way.

Thank you so much for these teachings Tara, and for making them accessible. I just picked up Radical Acceptance from my local library and was pleased to see how damaged the book was. I wonder how many hands have held this copy of your book, and how many hearts have widened as a result of the teachings within. Peace be with you 🙏

Namaste. So grateful to you for this teaching in particular, as all of your teachings which I’m able to access through KZbin for free out of your generosity. I had to listen to this one again at the end with your instructions. Wonderful practice for daily living, especially when struggling with recognizing life’s endless blessings, as I’m finding I’m guilty of what you call “the negativity bias”!💗💖🙏🏽
