I drive to work in my car. I work at a low wage job where I'm allowed to find candles in the trash. I have never felt happier in my life. I used to not like myself very much.

evolving is May I be Happy closed eyes & sensed have been happy subconciously if didn't realize it at forefront making self miserable isn't advantages to anyone most of all me when your happy others are happy not to say try to make others happy by being deliriously this way futile at best & not efficient at worst then boomeranging back on one as if one failed to be happy only by trying to help others be this way one step at time.

jeez if I followed this advice I'd never get anything done! Then I really would start to hate myself and be unhappy. that's why the hippies are so passive aggressive. It takes effort to make things happen and be fulfilled. Even getting out of bed in the morning.

@lachlan foley What Tara sells is Buddhism. Philosophies are not much different from a toothpaste ad. Do this, buy this and you can have that which is the ideal smile. But you are a human being and as such you cannot be an ideal you are real and the real is your nature. The first step towards any betterment is to accept yourself warts and all without reservations. When I think of this I hear the Rolling Stones............'I can't get NO- OH SATISFACTION!!'

Mental yoga and breathing are great practices for a happy mind, But the only way to true happiness is by being truly holly and close to Jesus and Lord our savior, for HE is the only way, the truth of life and being with HIM in His presence makes us children of Jesus all happy. Trusting in HIM and praying more and worrying less, sharing LOVE is all great teachings of Jesus. I love Lord for my happiness comes from HIM only. Amen.
