Carlee Horst I became interested in watching "Empire", after reading the show was making history breaking network records. I decided to download the Fox Now app, from the play store on my cell, so I could catch up on all of the episodes. Empire certainly lives up to it's name". The writers are so creative and very talented. I love how they touch basis on real life issues. They left no stones unturned. I truly recommend the show, and I give it a 5 star rating. My favorite character of all of them is Cookie. She was born to play that role. I've loved Taraji P. Henson ever since I saw her in "Baby Boy". What a lady! #"EMPIRE"#AMAZING#

Detective Carter was her best role. More people need to watch Person of Interest. It's the best superhero show without being about actual comicbook superheroes. SUCH A FUCKING GOOD SHOW. It's like The Dark Knight mixed with 24 and Terminator and it has something original of it's own with The Machine and the numbers. It isn't that weird that it feels a lot like The Dark Knight because it's created by Johnatan Nolan. The brother of Christopher Nolan. Johanatan has written a lot of Christopher Nolans movies including the Batman movies. It starts out as a case of the week show. I usually hate those but then the main story of the characters kicks in the the case of the week then becomes an integral part of the overal storytelling. It's really a gem. Far better than Arrow, Agents of Shield and The Flash. Those are actual superhero shows while PoI does what they are trying better without being an actual superhero show.

Isn't it so funny seeing Taraji go from Joss to Cookie? Acting is acting of course but I feel that she's more like Joss in real life. I miss her on POI but Empire really wouldn't be where it is without her. The writing is phenomenal (was on POI more so when she was there and soon following, just not so recently) and on Empire but it's like comparing a beautiful stylish home to a vacation. Great in their own ways but not comparable.
