Women in their 50s have a much different vibe today than they did when I was a young kid. I wouldn’t have given her 53. She tracking about 5-6 years younger in my opinion and her vibe is so fly. I can only hope to look this fly and youthful when I reach my 50s.

Ladies, when your baby boy reaches those teen years, feeling himself, knowing it all - you need to put that base in your voice and your nose in their business! And as Taraji said: you don't ever give up. This is the first person I've ever heard tell their child what I told mine: listen to your 'God Voice' , and if you can't hear it, listen to mine' 👏💐💜

I cried tears watching this. I’ve been a short fuse. I didn’t realize until I heard her say it. I am gonna start spending more time with myself. Thank you queen for doing this interview ♥️♥️

I met Ms. Henson at a fundraiser in Cali years ago (I believe it was for Kamala when she was running for DA) and she was so approachable and nice and talked to myself and my co-worker in such a genuine way! She and Jamie Foxx were some of the realist celebrities I met.

Taraji is so gorgeous and her wisdom is incredible. When I was in Jamaica I felt how she did, just didn't want to come back. It was so beautiful and relaxing and in the moment. And I can relate because I am an empath I take on peoples emotions.

As a mother of two mentally ill children, she is totally correct. I feel like I must have done something wrong, and they have to pay for it, or I feel that my body did this to my children. My mother was mentally ill, and she died when I was 17, it had been so long, I had forgotten that I could pass it on. The guilt that I still have, and although they are great, they take their meds, see their therapist, and are both in university college, I still worry. You worry for the rest of your life, cuz even though they are grown, they are still your babies.

I am so happy I listened to this interview. I love Taraji as an actress and think she is a great role model. As a mother of two teenage boys, mental health and growing black boys into men by yourself is hard. I needed to hear the don’t give up on them. As hard as it is, sometimes you get tired of fighting. But I am going to continue to fight for them to survive. Thanks so much. I will also try some TPH too!
