That is, until 4 minutes into the video, a strange suspicion arose out of nowhere, so I checked the release date of the video. My suspicions were confirmed once I saw "April 1." the only secret here that is true is 4:35. Coach is just AI from a software. Some people have thought of the voice actor being Amy Lee, but that's not true. That also explains how some customs rooms have Coach voicelines.
