Really cool thing I found was that you could double blood punch away the doom hunter’s sled which makes dealing with them a bit easier

Btw, the fast lock trick with the Rocket Launcher is also very usefull to obliterate hell barons and even tyrants(tho it's less effective with this last one)

Save a crucible charge for the vile room for sure. I drop into the tunnel with a destroyer blade cocked, hit the dread knights. Finish with two SSG blasts. Crucible the titan on the far side, dash over the top, freeze the other, double blood, double frag, micro missile spam, one lock on. Right when the vile barriers fall, say hello to my BFG. Finish them off as needed after.

Nice work now the one is world spear and this is by far one of the hardest doom levels ever made and even on extra life mode it took me quite a bit to complete just watch out for spirit barons they never die they are a real pain. Also with the marauders at the end there when they don’t do that and all demons keep shooting at him he puts up his shield if anything touches it so there could be mecha zombies or imps behind him and hitting him and he will only put his shield up so make sure to chip him away with sticky bombs and arbalest if you have to. That’s one of the main reasons why marauders are the worst demon in the game because of how buggy they are

Oh man, I was playing horde mode nightmare trying to unlock the gold bounty slayer (twas successful) and they threw two spirit barons at me. long story short I walked in with 20 extra lives and out with 10. horrible experience.

on my UN attempt i almost died in this room 22:30 but last second i pressed TAB and equipped the last stand rune which basically gave me a free extra life. I managed to complete the level on my first UN attempt that way.

2:31 I can see what you're trying to do here the sticky bomb mixed with rocket launcher 1 cycle combo but in order to make it work and for it to do more damage you need to aim the sticky bombs for the head you'll know you hit their head as the sticky bomb will flash blue when on their head and when shot on their body will flash orange same with the arbalest it deals more damage when shot to the head but I haven't noticed any visual or audio cues that can tell the difference

Yes, this game is meant for us to be going ham, shoot everything, yadda, yadda, yadda, but there are some instances where taking your time can prevent an embarrassing and premature death. A few tips: 1. Remember that you deal more damage to frozen enemies. It can help you focus tough enemies like tyrants barons and hunters because you used crucible there on hunters for no reason. Hunters are easy enemies even without freeze bombs bc you can just blood punch them and as soon as you kill his platform he is one rocket lock away from death 2. Barons and tyrants have resistances to the rockets, so you should kill them with pb balista combo, but if you want to use rocket then just spam locks on tyrant because he is dashing like crazy. Also you can just freeze tyrant and use 2 or 3 locks and blood punch and he should be dead. Same for the baron. 3. You should learn the game without super weapons like bfg and crucible because they are too overpowered and make the game much more easier. 4. Don’t waste plasma on hunters shield, I don’t know why devs even added this there is absolutely no point in doing so because it does no damage and it makes more sense and it is more faster to just shoot his platform and not waste ammo

Agree on 3, that makes rationing super weapons easier and makes your use of them even better. Like I definitely use BFG on vile room after i got the barriers down

You should learn the Rocket-Baiting on Marauder (for fighting buffed Marauder/ multi Marauder). The Method is not really hard if you practice enough: When you're flying high, try locking-on Marauder with 2-3 rocket, the point is here, you must modswap-cancel & and change into Balista asap, and then shoot at the Marauder when he was defending your Rocket Missile (ofc not his shield, shoot at his side or back). Why you must modswap cancel? Cuz the animation of the rocket after Missile came out kinda long, change into Balista is really delay & you won't have enought time to shoot on Baited-Marauder. If you fight only 1 Marauder (not buff), you can falter him by shooting his feet, but becareful, you need some practice for this ones to know when you can falter him or not. Buffed Marauder is really hard to falter cuz his recovery is super fast

man i'm such a weenie, i haven't attempted any master levels beyond hurt me plenty difficulty; i beat the campaign and ancient gods on ultra violence and that took the life outta me lol so doing it on nightmare or ultra nightmare would probably take 20 years off my life

Try out some of the mods now. They have some pretty ridiculous ones that are not all that well balanced for the vast majority of players (KaiserCampaign or some of the mods by proteh). There are some that are more manageable. Infinite Arena Mode by Pizzandy01 is quite fun, and it is very enjoyable playing on the battle mode maps.

I wouldn't say KaiserCampaign and proteh's stuff is that hard, compared to other mods. If you want some CBT and unbalanced shit you can check out stuff from Bysior21, idk929, quan and MicrowavedBunny (creator of the hardest mod called "Tormented earth")
