Love's like a dream I look into your eyes like in a mirror, Afraid of losing my reflection in it. I don't want you to be only a passer-by In the darkness of nights and in the destiny of mine. I love you so like once in life As if there was no sun before us. You've taken me away of anxiety and quarrels. And found the keys of happiness for me. Found them for me. This love, this very dream-like love A crystal-clear chime of hearts And your miraculous “I love” Repeat I will with faint echo This love, this very dream-like love Has made my home full of happiness. In spite of laws of dreaming May not this love come to an end I do forgive the Loneliness and Sadness You’ve said they will be never back It takes place only while sweet dreams But our love exists here and now I do hope to avoid the loosing of myself into your eyes I hope, we won’t change our love for loneliness. I’ve deserved the pleasure of being by your side With impossible price and my own dreams. I’ve deserved the pleasure of being with you forever, Being with you forever. This love, this very dream-like love A crystal-clear chime of hearts And your miraculous “I love” Repeat I will with faint echo This love, this very dream-like love Has made my home full of happiness. After hearing so much music throughout my life, even the "greats" that have held up over time, I still don't feel like there has been a single person who has ever gotten to this level of talent. Serious question: do you think that there will ever be another talent within our lifetimes who will achieve this level of mastery? It seems like he is a once in history level of singer. I think the only reason he hasn't made as big of a global impact as someone like Michael Jackson, for instance, is simply an accident of his birth place. I think a lot of his skill is simply beyond the understanding of most normal people out there. It takes something truly unique to surprise people who teach singing for a living, and Dimash consistently does this - not just to you but everyone else who has an actual understanding of the technique involved.
@terrymayling57645 жыл бұрын
This is one of the best questions brought up regarding Dimash. The comment regarding his skill /understanding by the non singers/normal people is so right on.
@MrJST945 жыл бұрын
Well, to be honest. First of all I think that people without a deep going passion for music just don't get how insanely good Dimash is. Second, I don't think his place of birth matters since he is immense popular in China (do not forget china has a population of more than 1.3 Billion (1.300.000.000) where as the USA 'only' has 327.000.000). We don't think Dimash has an impact in the western world, but ask that question to a Chinese and he will say that it did over there.
@seppokanerva73995 жыл бұрын
"Oh, my God, it is so good!" "An angel." Tara Simon, I had to watch your comments three times, because they are so good, expert and appreciative. This performance (in Moscow) in mid-April 2019 was Igor Krutoi's and Dimash's birthday present to the celebrated Russian singerina, Alla Pugachova, who turned 70. She used to be a shining star in Russia (back then, Soviet Union) in the 1980's and early 1990's. (She was well know also in many other countries, including mine). I couldn't possibly figure out a better birthday present for anybody. It is composed by Igor Krutoi (who announced Dimash and accompanied him by piano) 25 years ago for Ms. Pugachova (before Dimash was even born). He modified it for Dimash to sing. -- You made a short note on what Dimash is wearing. Dimash was recently proclaimed the best-dressing man in Kazakhstan. He wears a different outfit at every performance (unless he is wearing the Kazakh national dress). During his solo concerts he changes his dress many times. His wardrobe must be huge. After his having performed "Le SOS d'un terrien en detresse" in the Hunan Television "Singer 2017" competition, he won (unexpectedly) over 1.4 million fans overnight. Among those fans were many tailors, sartorial artisans and artist, who started designing an making dresses for Dimash. They produced loads of beautiful suits and dresses for him. They did all of it on their own, out of appreciation, because of their good heart. This unexpected act just shows that humans are not just desperately evil; we can also be incredibly good and loving, which is something that Dimash is promoting through his singing and performances. Dimash says that, in his songs, "Each moment contains a hundred messages from God.”

OMG!! Guys, back in the day as a drummer, I played in front of countless thousands. But... One of my finest moments was in the studio. A young lady found my song book and said "who wrote all this"? My reply was " I did." she said, but you're the drummer." She said. Yea but... So I preceded to pick up a guitar, plug it in and make two girls cry in about 10 minutes. WHY am I telling you this? 'Cause THIS dude does that EVERY NIGHT he performs times 1000's! Over! What an A - hole!!! Just kidding! Of my THIRTY SEVEN years playing and performing music... I've NEVER heard anything to equal the vocals of this guy! Believe me. I've heard em ALL! Can"t wait to buy his 1st CD!

I truly can't express my love of this performance and my appreciation to you for reacting to it. For me, there's never been a more synergistic marriage between a vocalist (Dimash), a composer/accompanist (Igor Krutoy), and a song (Love is Like a Dream). It's a stunning and flawless masterpiece. I don't see how Dimash could ever deliver anything more perfect than this, but every time I say that...he does.

Weird thought, but think about it - from the 7:08 mark til 8:00, you could almost say that he was alternating between channeling Pavarotti and Roberta Flack!! Beyond fantastic!!!!! I've been checking Dimash out a lot lately, trying to examine every aspect of his performances that I can - if anyone says this guy is just a show...all I can say, as a musician who's been at it 46 years now, is that Dimash has incredible depth at EVERY point, every register he sings in, whether baritone all the way to whistle. The notes ALWAYS have integrity, no matter what sound he's utilizing, whether pop, rock, soul, operatic - bari, tenor, alto, contralto, countertenor, soprano...whistle....he often uses a male high voice in the metal style as well! All notes have huge depth & integrity, balanced in volume, etc. I'm positive he could do an entire performance in just ONE of the many registers & sounds he uses...but he seamlessly integrates them all instead! Tara is right, you can be a great, dynamic performer, even if you're nowhere near as gifted as Dimash. But no one will become an absolute genius phenomenon like him by practicing, THAT's the part you have to be born with, and THEN you have to work your butt off, thousands upon thousands of hours, never satisfied, always striving to be even better. No shortcut, even for someone like him.

So well articulated
@FretsOnFire5 жыл бұрын
@@rdrcrnawannabe Thanks! :) I think he makes us all feel strongly, that must be the most remarkable part of his gifts - even when I don't understand the lyrics, his performances bring out strong emotions, enough to reduce me to tears at times. I don't have to watch for this to happen; the audio is all it takes. I'm in absolute awe of his technical abilities, but I think this ability to make others feel is even greater, and in fact the way he uses all his technical abilities is a huge part of what makes us feel his performances so much!! Some people think "technique or emotion", but the best use their technique to most fully express their emotions!

Why is Tara so good at Dimash reactions? My thought is no matter how talented, knowledgeable and pretty she is, she puts all that aside and comes from the heart, unafraid to show her love and emotions. Thanks Tara 💕💕 "he is vocally anointed" is one of my favorite comments of yours.

the "whisper singing" is part of Dimash's dynamics but what it does is psychologically akin to a friend whispering a secret in your ear. You have the impression you are engaged personnaly and are drawn in very emotionally. Just beautiful.... you can hear a pin drop in such a huge audience !
