I've always been so impressed by Doctor Who's ability to inspire fans to create things of their own - whether they are costumes, stories, drawings, knitting, music, recipes or custom props, etc.. The list is endless. Probably Star Trek comes close, but I can't think of another franchise that motivates people to create so much as Who. I know this video is five years old at the point of writing this, and that you probably won't read this comment Miles, but for anyone else - I think this is brilliant! It's not a replica, nor is it meant to be - it is simply the crystallisation of a combination of love, enthusiasm and imagination - something sorely lacking in the entertainment media of this current day. Mate this is sick. I love the look of it, it is amazing. You'd definitely do well in the fan series business. And I belive those red and blue switches, (the blue boringers) are known as either flicker or duckbell switches, I got 4 in different colours from eBay for my tardis, like Doctorwho2012 has on his panels. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one to get this hyper over switches on a tardis console. Oh yeah, and I took two small rocker type switches from my tech class for my tardis to, we are both rebels!!! Forget doctor who we should be on star wars

The Console was the best part. You could tell that the walls were some kind of blanket or sheet, and it didn't have much space, especially with the door pillars. But the console could actually pass as a doctor who console. Congrats, bro!

What would be absoloutley amazing is if someone had like an outhouse and they got rid of the windows then build a tardis infront of the door so they enter through there, then it could be a proper tardis

If you ever want tips on making a console replica of an already existing one, try a Garry's Mod addon. You can walk around it, take a look at different aspects. I don't know how exact the interiors there are, but that's how I'd do it.

+Cyberleader1010 I got an idea, for the walls, rather than using bed sheets, maybe try using maybe like big sheets of card paper. Or maybe like a blank banner, and try painting the roundels like the ones that were in the first and second doctor consoles when they couldnt have proper walls.

you should redo the Tardis doors to be more like classic who police boxes where the where a lot smaller and a lot slimmer than new series ones so it doesn't look squat also the tardis key is a lot smaller also for the time rotor get a cheseball contaoior eat the chese balls take off the sticker and pop it on that's how I made my time rotor
