That’s a ton of money but I live in Midwest and that will buy a mansion here. On the other hand this house like others on this show are not something an average homeowner would ever take on. Renovating with foundation problems requires contacts in the business to really understand what you are getting into. Shows that flipping houses isn’t really a bad thing if done honestly

A window in a shower is a really bad idea.

I would have made the kitchen cabinets white. Might as well go with the total modern look. Also I think people spending that much want a real wood floor.

Hate to say but for the first time, I didn't love the staging. All the artificial plants, especially the ones that for some reason were tucked between the dressers and the walls in the big bedroom, the awkwardly placed TV set in the same room, the impractical furry stool covers in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Also, there are too many straight lines in the kitchen and bathroom, which lines are efficient but its' scientifically proven to exacerbate anxiety. I would lose those rectangular door handles and replace them with something circular/oblong/curvier.

Don't forget the matching tall fake plants on the sinks in the master bath and the weird wall decor (both circular) in the master. Definitely does NOT look like Costa Mesa, especially the dream catcher. 🙄

I hate to say this all the houses they've done seems to be all the same kind of style and always grey, grey, grey. All homes a different and I think all homes should be styled differently with different colours not always GREY!!!

I used to say that until I realized using the same color every single time makes for an easy decor plan. It cracks me up when Christina comments on how great the colors look when it's ALWAYS grey - exterior and interior. 🙄

Grey was the dominant base colour for the past decade. Everyone had it everywhere. It’s still pretty popular.
