Christina is always correct about all things decor. Tarik did not want to admit it, but has to agree when the house is finished. Luckily he stopped being so cheap in later episodes.

Tarek mostly tried to economize and fought many small battles with Cristina but Christina was right 90% of the time. Waist of time actually. Tarek is a nice person though. Sad he and Christina are no more together. They were a great couple.

It's interesting how they no longer wanted to take out that front wall when they realized it would cost $3,000, but then ended up spending $3k for moving the toilet and $3k for moving the water heater. I'm wondering if they either weren't sold on removing it in the first place or "argued" a bit about the water heater just for TV.

I would like to know what they do with the beautiful furniture that is antique and that is reasonable and reasonable and some of the lighting that is beautiful that I would like to have in my house! Do they just throw that stuff away do you guys just waste all that good furniture and Light fixtures and sinks? I don't have a lot of money and I would personally love to have a lot of the things I've seen on your flips. I have good enough taste to know that a lot of that furniture is definitely resellable and is antique and vintage and very desired.

Why does Tarek ask for and agree a price for his contractor to do the work, then we see him doing demo, tiling, fitting kitchen cabinets and even wiring in a socket. Surely that’s the job of the contractor in the agreed price. Doesn’t seem right to me. I also don’t know how a contractor can just look at a job and give an instant price off the top of his head. As acottactor, I always had to measure and work out quantities, then price the materials and add the labour to get a net cost of the job before profit was added. You can’t do this on the back of an envelope. Makes me think these prices are just for the show and bear no resemblance to reality

Its baffles me we have Tarek put up with Christina's negative attitude for so long! If it's left with Christina Tarek would be in poor house by now! You know he is buying old houses to flip why don't you buy air freshener and face masks to protect against the foul odors and smell in some of these old houses! Instead she would go on a nf on sbout the houses and their smrlls.Nor a good look for Tarek who makes money by flipping these old and smelly houses.zwhilw sheets running her goal mouthwatering meanwhile is looking for the potentials I n the houses?!
