Man I did contact them and they activated it, not I got another problem 😅 The app is opening and then closing about 5-7 seconds after. I’m wondering if it’s because I used 1080p cameras instead of 720p ?

have you do any setting after install your 360 birdview camera ? original 360 or after market universal 360? please make sure your player can support after market 360 birdview. reverse R - 360 birdview panaroma view will auto show on display. turn to D or P ....will switch to front camera view ( auto front camera )

TS18 , need check your player ....some can support 360 , some cannot support 360 birdview. not all model TS18 support 360 birdview camera

Thats why we always suggest purchase product online , must purchase from the seller who have responce or after sales service. many buyer buy from the lowest price seller , but get nothing support. at the end , spend money to buy new model again.
